Areas we serve

On-site across Melbourne, remote support anywhere in Australia

Where we work

Prismera is Melbourne based, and most of our clients sit inside 20 km of the CBD: professional services firms, clinics and practices, trades businesses with an office, and not-for-profits that have outgrown break-fix support. They are mostly 10 to 40 staff, which is big enough to need real IT and small enough that a person still answers the phone.

Support arrives two ways. Remote covers the daily work: accounts, email, devices, monitoring, patching, and the questions that take ten minutes. On-site covers the jobs that need hands in the room: a new starter’s laptop, a failed switch, a site survey, a network cutover, or a team that wants to talk to someone face to face.

What on-site work covers

  • person_addNew starters - laptop, accounts, phone and desk set up and tested before day one
  • wifiNetwork and Wi-Fi - switches, access points, cabling coordination and the dead spot nobody can explain
  • buildHardware - diagnosis, replacement, and handling the warranty or vendor conversation for you
  • mapSite surveys - before you move, add a floor, or take on a new location
  • dnsServers, NAS and backup hardware - including restore testing on the real equipment
  • gpp_maybeIncident response - when something needs a person physically present, not a screen share
  • printMeeting rooms, AV and printers - the equipment that chooses to fail in front of your clients
  • event_availableQuarterly site visits - eyes on the environment, and a conversation about what is coming

Response times, patching, backups and exit terms are the same everywhere we work, and they are written down on how we work.
